The Fort Worth Design District is a business neighborhood found in the rapidly expanding Alliance Area of North Fort Worth. The District website describes it as the following:

It is forty acres of business activity comprised of Box Office Warehouse Suites, Paddock Place Coworking Spaces, and the Golden Triangle Business Park.
About that Art Scene
The Graffiti Arts Festival is becoming a must-see event in Fort Worth.
Several of America’s top spray can artists are coming to Fort Worth to compete for a cash prize at the Third Annual Graffiti Art Festival that will be held in the Fort Worth Design District at 1953 Golden Heights Road in September, 2019, from 11 am to 4 pm.
Each artist will create a billboard-sized art piece with an inspirational, family-friendly theme. The artists’ canvasses will be shipping containers that are part of Box Office Warehouse Suites , the innovative business park at the center of the Design District.
But there is more . . .
Because, you see, really the entire section of The District known as Box Office Warehouse Suites is a large art show, and it is on display each and every day. Each recycled shipping container is brightly painted and yes, many of them are decorated with graffiti art. A walk through Box Office Warehouse Suites is a feast for the senses and unlike anything you have ever seen in a business community. Instead of drab gray, The District exploded in a rainbow of color, adding to its sense of creativity and mystic.

In addition to the Graffiti Festival, other events & festivals are held each year in The District, including the Hot Rods & Hot Dogs Event, held annually, a celebration of fast cars, collectibles, antique, and exotics, with vendors spread throughout The District, a great event for the whole family.
