Zoning does not allow a person to actually “live” in the District, but we think we have come as close as possible to making it seem like you are comfortably living there. Where is the Fort Worth Design District?
Point your vehicle in the direction of North Fort Worth. Pull off the freeway at the Alliance Area, just about the fastest growing commercial and industrial area in all of Tarrant County, and right there you will find the Fort Worth Design District.
What is the Fort Worth Design District?
The District is just over forty acres of creativity and innovation. It is Box Office Warehouse Suites. It is Paddock Place Office Suites. And it is Golden Triangle Business Park. It is a new business community/neighborhood where the norm is not the norm, and where surprises seem to be around every corner.
Are you into flex space? Are you into coworking space? Are you into “a little bit different,” like commercial suites made out of shipping containers? Are you into inspirational like industrial spaces with lofts and balconies, and graffiti art and electric car charging stations and just an air of different?

It is true, zoning does not allow actual living in the Fort Worth Design District, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make it so comfortable it will seem like home. At Box Office Warehouse Suites we have lofts available which have kitchenettes. Many of our clients rent a ground-floor unit for their business, and an upstairs loft for relaxing and entertaining customers. Many a comfortable business meeting is held in those loft units. Many a barbecue is conducted on those balconies. It is as close as you are going to find to “living at home” and still be considered actually working.
